WHAT IS THIS STORE'S REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and it is brought to our attention within 3 business days from when the product was received. If the items that you receive are not what you ordered or damaged, please contact us ASAP. 


DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Yes, we do. If you are based outside the US, shipping fees will apply.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and will be able to track your order. 


CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
If you decide you want to cancel/change your order email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked as shipped then it is too late for us to cancel/change your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT GET IT? Once the order is shipped, the mail carrier handles the delivery. Unfortunately due to the lack of control we have with deliveries, if the carrier reports a package as delivered but you do not see it, you will need to report this to the carrier directly as it is beyond our control. We will not be able to issue refunds or replace products.
